What is Next Gen?

The SoLa I CAN Foundation has partnered with Live Nation Entertainment to train the next generation of black and brown industry professionals from South LA.

Live Nation Next Gen participants explore various career pathways in the live music industry through a multi-week series that includes guest speakers and hands-on activities. Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to practice their newly acquired skills as they produce a music festival of their own.
