From the start of every session, each cohort of apprentices is tasked with bringing a new festival vision to life. Each vision is conjured entirely from scratch by the cohort and they work as a collective to curate an experience that emphasizes and highlights it in every sense!  The first of these festivals was When You Grow Up Fest in August of 2022. Though each event and theme may differ, the foundation remains the same.
